How do you deal with the fact that you're going to die someday?

Post Body

In line with adulting and being sick, I think I developed health anxiety and slowly starting with death anxiety.

I personally think I'm afraid of death because I haven't really lived life, if you get what I mean. Parang all I did throughout my life, especially in the recent years due to the pandemic, is to struggle and survive (barely). I think I was too young to deal with all the drastic changes that came with the pandemic. I am now too weak to handle the simple truth that everyone will die at some point in their life. I just feel like mine's going to be soon.

If I die, I die. That's it.
