Hello! This year, I really just want to hit the gym again and be healthy (lmao so cliché). I just want to ask how should I start this fitness journey this year?
All about me:
- Currently a student. Gyms are everywhere around my area as well as stalls that sell fruits and veggies so I dont think that would be a problem to me.
- I’m about 5’9? and 110kg. 22 years old
My goal is to have a lean body and mostly work on my arms and chest? Idk if this is okay but this is what I personally want to achieve.
I don’t know what to do. I’m really scared about going to the gym because of the possible judgements I will be receiving. Can you suggest routines or like meal prep recommendations? Youtube channels I should watch? Thank you so much!
