Hello everyone just wanted to seek advice I have applied for a warehouse supervisor job for two different companies. Just a background on my work experience I have work as a warehouse assistant for 7 years and left the industry for 3 years to be a teacher and some jobs to go along with it along the way. Long story short I was invited by two companies and here is the current situation

Company 1

Already had my final interview last January 5,2023 and no message yet on my result

Company 2

Waiting for available schedule on my final interviewer (They said my final interviewer is the VP of Operations in the company)

May I ask if it really takes a long time for companies to release result on this management jobs and can anyone give tips on the dos and donts if ever my final interview with the VP push through
