Hello po sa mga nakapag-avail ng BDO Home Loan, meron po ba rito na hindi na rin nagbayad ng "Cancellation Fee Sec 7 RA 26"? As you can see in the photo, may nakalagay na "if applicable" lang naman.
Si seller kasi ay may filed petition to cancel na rin and ongoing pa rin.
Do you think we still have to pay for this?
