Hi, I've been seeing this coworker of mine na mabilis mapilit at mauti ng mga tauhan niya na bigyan sila ng pera in the forms of 100s or meals.

For example, pupunta talaga yung mga tauhan na yun sa site to pick something up for a different site, walking distance lang duon ang staffhouse so the tauhan offered me and the coworker a ride back to the staffhouse.

Near the destination, nagoyo nila si coworker na bigyan sila ng total of 100 php.

Personally hindi nya dapat ginawa yun kasi trabaho nila un, and there were some other times as well.

I wanna gift him 2 books kung paano palakasin loob nya para hindi na sya mauto at magpagoyo ulit in the future. I just wanna help him.

Note that we're engineers and his men are technicians.
