Recommendations on where to buy non-used older generation phones

Phone shopping again here and not enjoying it. I haven't bought a phone in about 4 years.
My top choice would be older flagship phones, like Samsung S20/S21 or equivalent phones, kahit Chinese brand (except Huawei). But official stores deliberately don't stock these. Does anyone know any legitimate stores or trusted sellers that carry these?
I'm really just looking for the best phone for ~15-25k. But I think older flagships are still better than bnew mid-range equivalents.
