How do you actually deal with your emotions when a family member has late stage cancer?

Wala lang. First few weeks, pinilit ko wala ma feel and it worked 90%. But ngayon whenever Iām alone, doon talaga ko naiiyak and di ko alam gagawin ko bukod sa mag isip. Kasi di ko rin alam magagawa ngayon. Healthy naman siya, pero nabigla kaming lahat na may cancer na pala siya na stage 3-4 na raw.
