Is Meralco more expensive in Condominiums vs Apartments/Houses

I used to live in a condo and napansin ko na Ang mahal nung kuryente ko. I always thought it was because yung Meter in condos are shared, parang salo din ng mga units yung Ilaw and other sources of electricity ng condominium itself?
Tama ba?
If so, would apartments be cheaper in Meralco billings? Kung Oo naman would it be by a lot?
Nung nag cocondo ako as in super tipid ako sa electricity, yung aircon ko 3-4 hours a night lang, pero umaabot ng 3k yung meralco ko 💀
