Hello everyone!

I bought tickets sa reseller/scalper for a concert that was scheduled last year pero nacancel ang event. I paid above srp for the tickets, so ang question ko is dapat ba irefund ng seller yung full amount na binayad ko sa kanya (kasama yung patong sa original price) or ibalik nya lang yung amount na irerefund ng organizer which is the original value of the ticket? And dapat ba hintayin pa nya matanggap yung refund before nya ibalik sakin yung binayad ko? Util now daw kasi di pa pumapasok sa bank account nya yung payment kaya di nya mabalik sakin ang pera. TIA!
