what do you intake to reduce/counter stress?

I have been so stressed lately.

My pimples are breaking out, I have been binge-eating more often, and I am finding it hard to sleep.

But compare to my past working environment, I can say that I am now in much better place. The office facilitates a healthy culture. As for my personal relationships, I have stop seeing few people that emotionally drain me.

So, I really don't know why does my mind find it hard to focus, I am always aloof, and my body feels tired, it heavily affects my productivity.

I would appreciate it if you can share medication/vitamins you intake or practices you commit to counter stress? Thanks, peeps.
