How do you deal with “wasted” money?

I am (24M) masters student, who currently is in Taiwan for study and research. In my 4 months (including the fair, visa, and dorm) I have spent around 100-120k or more out from my savings and I feel guilty about it.
Naiisip ko talaga if di ako pumunta ng Taiwan I could have saved that 100-120k since malaki natitipid ko staying with fam in Ph while studying. I feel like im on a race to save this x amount of money or to save as much money as i can before 30.
- How do you deal with this feeling?
- Also, anything I need to keep in mind?
- Sobrang laki ba talaga ng gastos ko and do you have similar story where you were able to recover before a certain age?
