I work in a very small office, just (m)e and my female boss who is also the owner. Worked together for years and would at the very least say she is a friend also. Both of us in relationships that won't end, and we're in a similar age demographic. Needless to say I am definitely attracted to her. Over the years she has mentioned that she and her man go months without sex, he can't get it up, how sometimes she goes without panties, etc. She's very TMI by nature so I just take those with a grain of salt. Also very guarded in a weird way. Occasionally I feel she shows off for me but can never be too sure. I know if I grab her ass I'm either getting action or getting fired...how do you approach?
