Just a scream into the internet void here but feeling really hurt this morning and needed to let it out.

Ghosting sucks. We all know that we are not going to click with everyone out there and that more conversations will lead nowhere than will actually develop. But the relationships we seek have an extra level of danger involved in that we could be caught at any time. If you ghost someone after talking multiple times a day for weeks you are just not a good person. The first couple of days of no responses I am worried that you were caught and I am worried for you. All you have to do if you are not interested in talking anymore is say so. I have heard some of the horror stories from women when guys go insane when they are told things are ending but I don’t think I give off any vibes to expect that and I never would do anything more than express disappointment and wish you luck. By not showing basic human decency you are causing worry in addition to the same sadness and disappointment that you would have caused by just saying goodbye.
