I’ve posted a few times now about the flirting going on between me and another attached coworker. During our Christmas party last week, I recognized an opportunity to get a little closer to her… through words.
One of our other team members gave everyone else a small gift. This weekend, I thought that I could do the same thing and include a personal card. But what do I say without being completely overt?
If you read my other posts, the consensus is leaning toward her liking me back. There have been several extra reactions she’s made to make me think she’s not just being nice.
Is a personal message a good idea? Many have suggested taking her to lunch, which I am definitely working on but I want to be careful as not to move too fast or let anyone else on the team know.
Thoughts on periodic texts that are not about work?
All I know is that I can’t get out of my head the memory of having our arms around each other and being literally face to face with her. I swear if it was more private, I may have kissed her. That’s the urge I had to hold back.
