This is a bit of a strange question, and I don't know where else I can ask it and hope for a nonjudgemental audience. I've been looking for an AP and found this woman that I've been chatting with for a couple of weeks. She's single but okay with my being MM, we have a great connection and chemistry when we met, but she has self-esteem issues because of a bad breakup a few years ago and several bad experiences with men while dating.

I really like her, and on paper we are perfect for each other's needs at the moment, she's busy building a career and doesn't want to focus on a relationship ... and well I'm just a cake eater. The thing I'm worried about though is that I don't want to contribute to worsening her self-esteem issues and make her feel like she's not worthy of "real love" or being someone's partner in public.

My past APs have been married themselves and the constraint for OPSEC was on both our sides, so this wasn't an issue. I sometimes feel like I'm being patronizing by thinking like this and I always plan to be supportive of her trying find a proper relationship with someone else, so maybe some hot casual sex with a guy who's really into her might even be good? But maybe that's just my dick talking because I really want to get into her pants.

TL;DR: Single pAP has self esteem issues and I'm unsure whether I'm taking advantage of her by proceeding here even though all our cards have been on the table from the start. Would really appreciate some insight from women who've been in this position and how an affair helped or harmed you.
