32m - I’ve been out of the game for nearly ever. How do I get back in?

I married young and never had any other relationship except for my current SO. I’ve never even kissed another woman. Fast forward to now, it’s been a very lonely and disheartening relationship these past few years. I feel I have love and attention to give to someone who would return it to me. So here’s the question: how do I start? Yes I know the whole, be yourself thing, but how do you take talking to actions? It also doesn’t help that I’m awkward and rather shy.

Any tips for starting some sort of relationship would be helpful. I’m vaccinated so I’m feeling a bit more comfortable to go out and meet people in person, which I feel might work better than meeting people online.
