Is it really that difficult to find someone who is affectionate?

I’m new to this subreddit and it’s shocking to me how many people here are unhappy with their AP for not being affectionate. I’m going to give examples of what being affectionate looks to me. With the amount of posts I see on here I think some people need examples. Again, this is what affection looks like to me. I’m sure some people don’t need these things, my wife include - here you go: cuddles, hugs, kisses all over, holding hands, saying sweet things, hands gently through her hair, eye contact, and so much more. Everything I mentioned spontaneously - it’s almost like my body craves it. Let me tell you, it feels so fucking special.

Compromising affection for sex. Again, some people might need to hear this. You can have both. If you don’t, then be vocal about what you like or model it for them. For example, I enjoy random kisses. One day I gave my AP a random kiss and told her something sweet (modeling). Then told her “you know it’s ok to give me little kisses too”. A few words later and now she gives me random kisses whenever we are together. It’s that simple.

Maybe I’m completely off on my perception of what I’ve seen here.
