So recently I made a post of why guys need to make an ad. I felt the conversation was very fruitful.

Yesterday, I tossed a very low effort "F4M" post up on an alt to just see what the situation would be like.

I got over 100 replies. I responded to all of them last night. This morning there are 25 more.

There are a variety of "single bulls" looking to bag women, a HUGE variety of people that are 250 miles away from me that all were extremely butthurt when I told them I was looking for local only within 20 miles, many that petered off because they couldn't figure out that I was answering their opening questions and replying with questions that they would then answer but not ask another question.

I received no inappropriate nudes out of the gate, but many shirtless bathroom and weight lifting selfies.

I traded photos with a few but it became so overwhelming that I forgot who I had told what after a couple of hours and I found myself scrolling back through the entire conversation to see if I was repeating myself. I moved from my phone to my computer so I could blow up the conversation to full screen.

Today, unless I open the new messages that are waiting in my request inbox, nearly all conversations have ground to a halt. The only 3 that are still going somewhat strong are men that are 60, 800, and 3,000 (yes, 3,000) miles away. Several who live within 5 miles of my home have just straight up given up after I got busy with my kids last night and there is nothing new in the messages last night or this morning. If I want to reconnect with the few that are closest to me, I have to reignite the conversation.

Guys, I must reiterate to you......you MUST make an ad if you want us to find you and have substantive conversations where we aren't pulled in 100 directions. Also, I feel like a decent strategy for guys who reply to F4m's might be to give it 24 hours before replying to the ad. Nearly every convo fizzled by today except a few so if anyone messages me TODAY, they will get some of my attention.

EDIT: WHat is the deal with the downvote brigade? This is insane. We all need to band together and upvote our community against whatever subversive downvoter hidden army there is working around here. Ridiculous.
