Do you take time for yourself?

Does anybody else just take a random day off and spend time doing stuff they like by themselves? No SO or kids. This is something I have been doing for years and actually got my SO into the habit of doing it also.
I only ask because people be looking for or trying to invent excuses to leave the house to meet up with their AP. I saw a comment on here by a guy on a post and I totally agree with him, you have to “establish a pattern” way in advance to not look suspicious.
