The Importance of Scheduling and Planning
Post Body

Year-after-year on this sub, I see women whose AP's treat them as if they are on-call. Last minute invitations, dangling a date until the last second, not putting in equal effort to choose locations, etc seem EXTREMELY normal. I've been through it myself regularly. I started requiring 7 days of advance notice for dates several years ago and I expect my AP's to rise to the occasion because I just want to feel like we're in this TOGETHER. I want them to DEMONSTRATE that they know my schedule is JUST AS IMPORTANT as theirs, but not any MORE important. Just EQUAL.

How many people out there are held hostage to last minute uncertainty if it will or won't happen? If yes, why do you tolerate it? How many of you feel like you're NOT an equal on the pacing and scheduling of the affair?
