My GF plays Adopt Me all the time and I want to get her a controller for her phone, i.e. backbone or some other gamepad that the phone slots into. Can anyone confirm if they work well with Adopt Me or have any suggestions on which brand or model works best?

I don't play Adopt Me or even Roblox but my GF loves it. As the title says, I would really like to get her an accessory to make playing it easier on her hands and just an improved experience overall but without being able to test specific games with a specific model of controller I have no idea if it will work with the game. I know backbone states that it is compatible with Roblox but can't find anything stating it works well with Adopt Me. Any nudge in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
