OSI formula question

Hello,
I am having difficulty in extending a formula down into adjacent cells. I am wondering what part of the formula needs to have fixed values so that the formula can correctly extend down, or if it is even possible to do this way. It's possible that the only way an OSI calculation can work is via one row, but I am not sure. I'm pasting my excel below. Thank you. Columns P-S are different formulas I have.
