Current: I currently use Pebblehost and have been for about a month. My current server performance is very good (Plan: 6GB Budget, $6/month). For my website, I am using Namecheap. The connection is very slow but it only costs $3/month on a basic shared hosting plan.

Plan: I'm planning on switching to a VPS (likely from OVH or possibly Bloomhost) and using it for both of the aforementioned services.

Question: Will I be able to run a Minecraft server and a basic website on one VPS? The highest tier plan I'm willing to pay for is OVH's $20 plan (4 Core, 8 GB RAM). If possible I would also like to host two websites (one for the mc.* subdomain) and maybe even a proxy server although I don't know if the plan will be enough. If anyone has any answers or suggestions please tell me. Any help would be appreciated.
