Having a hard time getting employed with a carrier for a staff adjusting position

Post Body

Feeling a little demoralized. I’ve gone through two video interview processes with Allstate and Progressive. I have my Property & Casualty Adjuster license in Louisiana and worked in the construction industry (project manager) for 4 years up until now. I know I’m capable of getting it done and I am driven to learn/ work. I wanted to start as staff to get claims adjusting experience and get my foot into the industry but now I’m open to anything. Any leads or thoughts? Anything will help.

UPDATE: I interviewed with LM today and was offered a position not too long after my interview. They loved me! I finally found a home for my professional career and I want to thank you all for your words of advice! Cheers to all of you!
