Post Body

I am seeming to increasingly piss everyone I know royally off because I just CAN'T seem to stop telling others how they can improve their process. It's unsolicited and I absolutely see how it comes off and I CAN NOT STOP. It seems compulsory and unconscious like a reflex. As I was trying to figure out why I'm such an ahole, I hit upon how fast my brain seems to move and be annoyed when others' don't, so holy crap is this an ADHD thing? Most importantly, HOW DO I STOPPPPPP?!?
