I should really be working, I have so much to do. I'm a bit stuck on the following routine: - Thinking I should work - Checking Whatsapp - Trying to get back to work - Forgetting what I was working on - Checking Whatsapp Etc
So now obviously I want to go into hyperfocus to spend a couple of hours on researching different ways on blocking my access to certain websites and apps, which still results in me not getting work done. And I have some massive deadlines today. Hence my shout for help: which apps and websites do you use for blocking so you can focus?
