I’m a foster care worker and I have been in court most of the day and then back to back parenting times.
I’m literally EXHAUSTED from acting like I have my shit together. Making sure I’m saying the correct things, not offending anyone, acting professional etc.
My laundry is literally piling up. Dishes in the sink. Clothes that are folded, but on my living room floor.
Is this what imposter syndrome feels like because how am I a foster care worker? I’m just exhausted. And now I have a home visit at like 530-ish and I’m on my couch, not doing any work.
