Hi, I think I saw this question come up before, but what are some examples of jobs you do that have downtime, where you’re paid for times when you aren’t expected to be doing much work (but have leeway to do some creative work during those times?). I think these types of jobs might be especially good for inattentive types.
Examples I’m thinking of: - firefighter (often volunteer though) - ambulance driver - staff interpreter - security guard - cashier, if there are no customers - vaccination clinic nurse - any job involving driving - maybe some kind of overnight supervisor type position? - librarian? - receptionist?
Let me know if I’m wrong about these or if there are other examples.
