Post Body

I work a desk job that is 100% remote (until we go back 1 day a week starting in May), and I have been so discouraged and unmotivated. It takes me a while to learn things, especially in the remote environment, and it’s especially discouraging when I see my coworkers, who started their positions when I did, pick up skills relatively quickly. On top of that, ever since I learned more about my diagnosis, I feel like my lack of focus has gotten worse in a way. It feels like it takes a monumental effort to even sit at my desk and start a task. I’m on Wellbutrin for anxiety, and my psychiatrist said it may also help with my ADHD, but I haven’t noticed any improvements in that regard. Would love to hear if anyone has had similar experiences or even just words of encouragement! I just joined this sub so I haven’t gotten to read through others’ posts yet.
