Does anyone else get "manic-adjacent" (term stolen from a friend) level of mood?

Sometimes when I'm happy all my boundaries, my mask and capacity to regulate my behaviour to the situation goes out the window. Whenever I get like this it is usually followed by a huge crash and anxiety, though not always.

Wondering if anyone else experiences this and if so, what tips do you have for not ruining friendships / doing something ridiculous.

Normally I'd slow down and do some breathing exercises but this literally hit me when I was in the bath relaxing last night!
