So you know how our brains hyper-fixate on whatever gives them dopamine? What do you do if thats a person? I’m a grown woman and I have a crush on someone, bad enough I can’t eat or sleep or cook. I know logically, she’s just a person, that constantly thinking about her will help nothing and possibly cause me to make horrible decisions. Has anyone got strategies for dealing with this? I can’t put my life on hold for every person that enchants my silly brain
