Not a gastroenterologist, but biologist. To me it sounds like misrepresentation at best, bullshit at worst.
„Eating often can cause IBS“?? my sibling in christ, claims like these need citation. This is NOT something I’ve seen in research, quite the contrary. PLEASE I‘m begging y‘all to not spread medical misinformation so uncritically, especially not in a sub on a medical condition.
