I am 32 (F) and suspecting I may have ADHD. Meeting a doctor next week to talk about formal testing to see. I have been doing tons of reading and research which brought me to this page!
My questions: Does anyone else spiral insanely when it comes to food choices? Tonight I just didn't want anything in my apartment and kept thinking through every single possibility of what to eat, should i spend more, should i really eat this, and on and on. I then sit in panic not knowing what to do and if I do make a choice, it sometimes comes with insane guilt. I have always been like this but a lot of my habits have had a light shining on them since I moved in with my partner a couple years ago. A lot of times I feel insane and wanted to see if others experience this. Thanks!
Yep and then I put off food until Iām starving and somehow overpriced delivery is less overwhelming than actually making something.
