I have so many missing memories from my childhood and adult years, plus the classic forgetting what I was saying, or walking into the room for.
But this scares me lol and my health anxiety likes to tell me I have early onset dementia or something stupid.
EDIT: wow I am overwhelmed for how many of us feel this way. It's comforting to not be alone, but damn ๐ข.
A few people mentioned they just try to live in the now and I think thats a nice way forward.
I could have written this! My memory has deteriorated over time with ongoing stress as well as from the original diagnosis.
As far as childhood memories though Iโve never delved into that because I donโt really know what is a normal amount of things to remember ?
