I've been WFH for 5 months, and in that time I've started and stopped wellbutrin, my exercise routine that I consistently maintained for 3 years has fallen by the wayside and I've gained about 15 pounds.
A big part of the problem is sleep. Going to bed later, and so I'm working on that. I'm asking for tips from those of you that WFH, what do you do to combat sedentary work in your house throughout the day?
I'm thinking running up and down the stairs periodically, doing some pushups. Any ideas would be welcome.
