Iām talking for anything. I have no routines, my sleep schedule is non-existent, Iām going through a very hard break up from an abusive relationship, I want to work out or at least do yoga, I want to practice journaling and mindfulness, I want to be on my phone (social media) less, I absolutely have to start budgeting to afford living on my own, I barely eat aside from take out and snack food, I keep forgetting to get chores done until they are in my face. Like, please, any and all apps that made a significant difference in your life regarding ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!
