I started this painting last night whiIe I was in a very emotional state of mind, and this bird popped up out of nowhere purely by chance from some random brushstrokes at the bottom of the canvas.

I've always had a hard time expressing myself verbally to other people irl. I always attributed it to social anxiety and just being an innately shy, quiet person in general. It's so frustrating and embarrassing most of the time, especially with people that I'd like to be friends with and what not. I think it tends to be off putting and even confusing for most people in one way or another. Idk why it's usually so much easier to talk to people clearly and confidently via text, and just to express myself via artwork. When I paint and draw, it happens subconsciously for me all the time.
