I need some tips as I always struggled with skin picking (mainly lip picking) when stressed, anxious or when I am thinking about stuff or when I'm driving.
I started ADHD stimulant meds last July and while I had some improvements with my executive dysfunction and chaotic brain, I noticed a HUGE increase in skin picking (now lips, hair (rarely) and skin around nails...
I don't know how to control myself. I tried acrylic nails and while it seems to give me some sort of relief I will always find a way to destroy my skin 🫠🫠ðŸ«
