Has anyone ever had chest tightness while taking adderall? I take it once a day in the morning. It started within the past three days. I just have a this tightness all round my chest and upper back/shoulder blades. It’s been usually in the evening after it wears off but today it’s been happening a couple hours after taking it. It’s not a stabbing chest pain, and I don’t have a history of heart disease in my family or anything. It mainly just feels like I worked out a lot. When I’ve done some googling it just seemed like it could be a posture thing but I’m just curious if anyone has also had this issue. I’ve also been on my period at the same time so I don’t know if the two correlate or not. 🤔
