Boss is micromanager to the T. Made my team and I fill out what we do in 40 hour week. I said I needed more structure for my adhd. She was not clear about expectations from the beginning. I ask why my team can work remotely but I have to work in person, why can't I get the same flexibility? Bc I said I needed more structure. Wtf 🙄🙄 i said flexibile start and end times. she really is something else. oh and I've already gone to HR about all this. They didn't do crap. Yes I know I should leave, I'm jobhunting . Just how do I survive someone like this? Bc I've had thoughts of just not waking up tomorrow and that sounds like heaven. Honestly, if she were to fire me that would be MERCY. So I need the check and that's why I stay. And I work in education.
