I haven’t been able to consistently be on time to things literally for as long as I can remember. Doesn’t matter what time of day, how important the event, or how much I want to be there. I’ve tried setting alarms and writing-in the event time earlier than it is but to no avail. The anxiety, shame, RSD, etc. have really been setting in lately and it’s just been a mess. I’m so tired of disappointing myself and those around me. Any tips? Thank you everyone.
I don’t have this particular problem (inattentive adhd). Out of curiosity, What do you do when the timer goes off?
