I need help getting college transfer applications done

I (22f) have to do college transfer apps but I am just struggling. They're so terrifying and my normal strategies of one step at a time then using meds, plus music, plus something nice while doing them is not helping. They need to be done last month and I am just a mess. Then I also have to do FAFSA and scholarship stuff. Its all so overwhelming and yet the most boring thing in the world. Can y'all please share some advice?
