Post Body

I guess in the moment I didn’t know who to vent to talk to So I’ve been with my partner for 2 years now I absolutely love him but truthfully I’m lonely because I don’t have as many friends and stuff as him . He’s also helped me so much to the point I’ve let my self not be appreciative of him and that I let all my happiness depend on him .

Last night he told me that if I don’t change and stop depend on him for constant happiness/ not appreciating the things we have / thinking negatively about everything he’s done with the relationship

I truly need advice on how to be my own person more again , to not let my depression run the show, to be appreciative I just need help I’m planning on going to a therapist(mine retired) but in the meanwhile can I get advice from you guys
