I have been asked by one of my parents if I can provide them resources to understand what executive dysfunction is and how it affects me, but from professionals instead of just anecdotes. Help?

I don't usually bookmark anything like that. What sort of things could I give them that could help them understand my condition, but from someone with some credentials instead of just anecdotes from the community? I'm totally lost here. Can you please help me?

Edit: Thank you for so many suggestions! I will look into each of them.
