i started the semester doing so well!
then i broke up with my boyfriend and my mood tanked (turns out regular socializing and snuggles really help me focus!) so things started to get harder. i skipped a few classes here and there and started to fall behind.
two thursdays ago i fell on my elbow and couldn’t move it. my teachers were all super understanding about extensions etc, so if course i’ve done nothing for a week and a half while i’ve been healing.
now i’m two weeks behind on most of my classes, including the one i have a midterm for tomorrow. it’s possible to catch up and study today, and i’ll do fine tomorrow if i do. i just can’t get out of the guilt/shame spiral and actually get going. i spent all day yesterday intending to work and did nothing.
