How do you keep yourself clean in the summer? Do u shower every day?

Since its summer and all kinds of hot out here, I shower every day!! And sometimes I don't want to but its the only way I can relax and wash the day off of me.
Anywho, my head is itchy!! And it might be because I wash my hair every day and its dry? I don't knooowww.... how do you not wash your hair every day if you're sweaty?
I know I can just wash my body, but it feels like all the heat stays in my head if I don't shower completely.
