I know the month isn’t over yet but I wanted to share a few things This month I’ve learned
That despite the fact I don’t understand why people can be straight up disrespectful I have every right to be mad but don’t blow it out of proportion
If someone disrespects me in any way i don’t want them in my life until they can show me respect
That it’s okay to get professional help and that despite how scary changing medicine is it can be good
That it isn’t impossible to find friends who accommodate you and your needs meanwhile compromising with everyone.
I’m healing and honestly feel like I’m making alot of progress for my emotions have become easier to manage
