Medication has been a life saver

Post Body

I’m so happy. I still have my struggles with adhd because medication can only do so much, you actually have to put in the work. But when it comes to hygiene I’m so happy.

Because of undiagnosed adhd as a teenager I went into depression slumps and I would go days without showering or brushing my teeth. As I got older I started to take care of myself but I was still lacking. Now I actually feel like doing those things.

I don’t always shower every day, but lately I’ve been showering like two consecutive days and then maybe skip one. I’m brushing my teeth almost every night. I’m slowly building a routine. It feels nice to feel clean 😅
