What are high quality resources you know of for learning new languages, for people with ADHD?

I want to start learning some new languages in preparation for traveling abroad, but, as I'm sure is the same for many of you, I can't study or stay on task to save my life. What are some resources for people with ADHD that you know of, that are helpful for learning new languages? Bonus points if the resource is available for learning Japanese. I would also be interested in any advice for learning to speak a new language while unmedicated.
