How do you go on walks / do some low energy sports, without being bored & distracted by literally everything? How do you have a routine to keep doing it?

I want to start moving my body more but I keep skipping it and when I do it I feel so good after but during I am beyond bored. I want to be able to move my body more like 5 days a week or so! Advice on how to focus and keep a routine from fellow adhders would be awesome! Thanks!
